East:MK Primary Care Network is seeking an advanced nurse practitioner or advanced paramedic practitioner for a full-time role (37.5 hours across 5 days) across four Milton Keynes surgeries. The post holder will work autonomously and with the clinical team, providing expert care and independent prescribing within formulary guidelines.
The role includes varied consultations (face-to-face, tele/ video), home visits, and management of complete care episodes, with opportunities to lead within MDT
