What We’re Looking For
Proven Track Record: Experience delivering complex public consultations and engagement projects within a local authority or large public sector setting.
Political Sensitivity: Demonstrated ability to work effectively alongside elected Members and navigate political environments.
Legal Knowledge: Strong grasp of statutory consultation requirements and engagement best practices.
Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to engage Hackney's diverse communities and internal leadership team.
