Working Cleaning Supervisor

Own transport helpful due to site location

Start date : Immediate start available

TC Facilities Management is urgently recruiting for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team of cleaners at the busy and high-footfall for a motorway service station .

In this hands‑on role, you'll be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team of five cleaners to ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all customer areas – including public toilets and shower facilities .

You’ll work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks, provide on-the-job training, and be the first point of contact for any site cleaning issues.

Shifts may include : 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00
(Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs.)

What You’ll Need

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
• Own vehicle – due to the location, there is no public transport access

Start Time & End Time

Various shifts required to ensure site is covered - where appropriate 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 or 22:00 - 06:00
