HMO Safety & Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking three HMO Anti-Social Behaviour Officers on an initial 18-month fixed-term contract. You will inspect HMOs, respond to residents' reports, gather facts and plan actions to ensure safe, well-managed shared homes, liaising with landlords and partners to enforce licensing and standards.

You will work in a supportive Private Housing and Environmental Health Standards team, handling cases with fairness, clear communications and professional conduct.
