Nursery Manager Wanted In Brentwood, New Site

We're are working with a brilliant Nursery group who is looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager to lead a thriving setting in Brentwood and make a real difference to children, families and staff.

The Role

You'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading a dedicated team and ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, safeguarding and practice.

• Leading, motivating and developing the nursery team.
• Driving continuous improvement and high-quality EYFS practice.
• Overseeing safeguarding, health & safety and Ofsted compliance.
• Building strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
• Managing staffing, occupancy and key operational processes.
• Creating a positive, supportive and inspiring nursery environment.

About You

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Previous leadership/management experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and SEND.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting Ofsted inspections and driving improvement.
• A genuine passion for developing both children and people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
