• Drive your own fee base with full P&L accountability and commission upside
• Collaborate with high‑calibre TS and debt advisory colleagues to deliver for clients

What You’ll Bring

• A proven track record of originating and delivering mid‑market M&A transactions
• Fee‑generating credibility (high six‑to‑low seven‑figure billing history expected)
• Deep network within owner‑managed or private equity‑backed businesses
• Commercial gravitas and appetite for equity
