Steadman Brown are partnered with a major UK organisation that has made a significant investment in Salesforce as the backbone of its customer experience and wider digital transformation. They have a complex Salesforce environment that supports hundreds of users across the business, with Service cloud at its core, alongside Experience, and Marketing cloud. They have huge plans, and require a Programmatic Salesforce Developer to make these happen. You will join an established Salesforce team and play a key role in the ongoing development, optimisation and technical evolution of a large, growing Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practice.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Develop complex programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.
Supporting and enhancing Service Cloud and other Salesforce products across the organisation.
Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
Experience working on large-scale or greenfield Salesforce projects is highly desirable.
