The team advises on a broad range of complex UK and EU competition matters, including merger control, foreign direct investment and National Security and Investment Act issues, competition investigations, market studies and investigations, distribution and licensing arrangements, subsidy control and State aid, as well as trade, customs and sanctions matters.
