Associate Director - Lease Advisory

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading on rent review and lease renewal instructions across a national client base
• Supporting wider lease and asset management opportunities
• Inspecting and measuring assets, and gathering robust comparable evidence
• Preparing client schedules, lease event reports and client-facing advice
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, opposing advisors and colleagues
• Playing an active part in the growth and strategic direction of the Lease Advisory team
• Identifying and securing new instructions from existing and new clients
• Supporting senior Partners on larger instructions, key client relationships and business generation
• Collaborating with wider commercial teams to develop new fee opportunities and maintain a joined-up client offering
• Championing the Lease Advisory team's profile both internally and in the wider market

About You

We're looking for a technically strong, commercially minded Landlord & Tenant professional who is ready to take on real ownership and help build something.

You will ideally have:

• Chartered MRICS status
• Extensive post-qualification experience in Landlord & Tenant work
• A recognised specialism in landlord & tenant matters
• Strong business development skills and existing industry contacts
• A proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills
• A proactive, self-driven approach to identifying new opportunities
