Paediatric Diabetes CNS — Lead Child Care

Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust is seeking a Paediatric Diabetes Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Children’s Diabetes Team for a one-year fixed-term maternity cover. The post covers outpatient, inpatient and community settings with a focus on education, clinical advice and family support.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload, work within a multidisciplinary team and have extensive paediatric diabetes experience.
