Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day supervision, performance and service quality across our social housing and property maintenance operations. You will manage a mobile workforce, ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to budget, and build strong relationships with residents, clients and colleagues.
This hands-on leadership role requires strong trade knowledge, excellent organisation, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining Axis standards.
