Group CFO — Build Value Across a Multi‑Asset Holdco

Catalyst Capital is seeking a senior finance leader to drive the holding company architecture, valuation framework, and fund/investor infrastructure across its diversified finance group. You will own the capital-event process, coordinate with advisers, and design the group’s equity narrative for institutional buyers.

You will oversee the creation of defensible SO_PARTS models, intercompany pricing, ERP selection, and shared-services strategy while aligning units for maximum enterprise value.
