Oculus Legal Group are partnered with a leading organisation to appoint a Senior Employment Legal Advisor within their growing Employment Law team. This role suits a technically strong lawyer who combines sound judgement with a practical, client-focused approach to a range of employment matters.

You will provide comprehensive advice, manage Employment Tribunal work from start to finish (advocacy training available), draft contracts and policies, and deliver seminars on employment topics.
