The role involves conducting assessments, prioritising appointments, and delivering urgent assessments for individuals with acute mental health needs during a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
You will develop management plans, update risk assessments and care plans, make referrals, and support crisis management with brief interventions.
