SourceCo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead the site laboratory within a busy food manufacturing environment. You will own the day-to-day management of testing regimes, maintain GMP/HACCP compliance and drive improvements in quality, safety and efficiency.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will lead a small lab team, coordinate sampling and testing schedules, ensure accurate documentation, audits readiness and supplier/lab partnerships to uphold BRCGS
