Safety & Operations Leader — Hospitality Security & Compliance

Soho House Brighton is seeking a Safety and Operations Manager to ensure a safe, secure environment for guests, staff, contractors and assets, while coordinating with managers to meet fire, life safety and security requirements.

You will lead safety priorities, monitor security and maintenance programs, manage licensing, oversee BOH teams, control costs, and report to the GM, with a focus on risk reduction and high service standards.
