The Role

We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing digital marketing agency in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience across PPC and SEO who enjoys working in an agency environment and managing campaigns for a varied portfolio of clients.

You’ll be responsible for implementing, managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on paid search and organic search performance . You’ll work closely with clients and the wider agency team to drive traffic, leads and measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, build and optimise PPC campaigns , primarily across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Manage campaign budgets, bids, keywords and targeting to improve performance and ROI.
Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify opportunities across paid and organic search.
Implement SEO strategies across multiple client websites.
Carry out on-page optimisation, including content, metadata, internal linking and site structure.
Support technical SEO audits and identify opportunities to improve website performance and rankings.
Monitor organic visibility, rankings, traffic and conversions.
Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager to analyse and track campaign performance.
Produce regular client reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Manage multiple client accounts, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Work collaboratively with account management, content, creative and development teams.
Keep up to date with developments across Google Ads, SEO and the wider digital marketing industry.

About You

Previous experience in a digital marketing role , ideally within an agency.
Strong hands‑on experience with PPC/Google Ads .
Good practical knowledge of SEO , including on‑page and technical SEO.
Experience using GA4 and Google Search Console .
Good understanding of key digital metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.
Analytical and comfortable working with campaign data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident managing multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, commercially minded and passionate about digital marketing.
