This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate disputes lawyer to join a well-established and high-performing team that is recognised for handling complex, high-value residential and commercial property disputes.
The role:
You will manage your own varied caseload with a high level of autonomy, advising a broad client base across a wide range of contentious property matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold disputes
Lease renewals, terminations, and breach of lease matters
Rent arrears and non-payment issues
Forfeiture
Dilapidations
Easements and rights of way
Trespass and nuisance claims
Title disputes
Service charge disputes
Land Registry and First-tier Tribunal applications
Co-ownership disputes
Additional responsibilities:
Managing cases efficiently and ensuring compliance with court and tribunal deadlines
Assessing claims and advising clients on the merits of claims, defences, and counterclaims
Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
Maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of a matter
Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the practice
