Well Pharmacy is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead 15–20 community pharmacies across a defined South West region. You will build strong teams, drive performance, and ensure high standards of patient care while meeting KPIs and budgets.
You will report to the Senior/Regional Operations Manager and travel regularly to pharmacies to review operations, coach staff, and maintain NHS contractual compliance.
