Major, Lindsey & Africa is assisting a FTSE-listed international business in appointing an Interim Junior Legal Counsel (Corporate & Private M&A). This in-house role supports a pipeline of strategic transactions and corporate projects across multiple jurisdictions.

You will advise on private M&A, draft and negotiate deal documents, coordinate due diligence and partner with senior stakeholders to progress deals to completion.
