We are partnering with a highly respected law firm in Belfast, in their search for a diligent property solicitor to join their impressive property team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a legal 500 ranked property team.
What your new Role
In your new role as property solicitor, you will form part of a high-performance property department dealing with a wide variety of high quality property matters such as, Real Estate Finance Matters, Acquisitions & Disposals of Commercial Property, Landlord & Tenant and Commercial Leases.
What You'll Need To Succeed
As the Property Solicitor;
- You will be a qualified Solicitor NQ - PQE+ and have experience in either commercial property / real estate or residential conveyancing at a local or regional law firm. Our client is flexible and open on PQE level.
- Have have excellent interpersonal, communication & organisational skills.
- Be able to work independently but also as part of a broader team.
