The Role
Managing a caseload of Court of Protection property and affairs matters
Handling complex and high-value applications
Liaising with clients, families and professional advisors
Supporting vulnerable clients with practical and financial matters
Working alongside senior colleagues on complex cases
Ensuring high standards of client care and service
Managing deadlines and delivering work efficiently
Supporting wider team development
The Candidate
2–5 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor
Experience in Court of Protection or Private Client work
Knowledge of property and affairs matters desirable
