Mobile Stocktaking Team Leader - Evening/Night Shifts

C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Retail Team Leader based in Swansea to lead and support stockcount teams across multiple retail and commercial sites. You will manage stocktakes from arrival to completion, ensuring procedures are followed and targets met.

This mobile role requires travel to client locations, occasional overnight stays, and evenings/nights as part of a 5-in-7 pattern. You will supervise performance, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain safety standards while on site.
