IFA Client Service Associate

A national IFA firm is hiring a Client Service Associate to work remotely across their central region, handling existing client onboarding, review meetings and new business processing. Paying 28,000 to 32,000, this role suits someone who thrives in a structured, task-based environment and wants the flexibility of fully remote working from day one.

Working across a central region covering substantial number of clients, you’ll handle all the paperwork involved in ongoing cases and new business, picking up work from a centralized task list rather than supporting one dedicated planner. This requires a systematic style of working where accuracy and efficiency matter.

• Handling new business cases and ongoing client work
• Preparing Letters of Authority and ensuring data accuracy

• Essential: familiarity with Letters of Authority and the advice process
• Essential: comfortable working in a centralized team across multiple planners
• Desirable: experience using IO, Curo, Cashcalc or Dynamic Planner
