OMNIA Training, part of RTX's defence training alliance, seeks an ITEA Lead to oversee verification, validation and engineering governance for the Army Collective Training Service. You will report to the Chief Engineer and lead cross-functional teams across domains to deliver sustained capability.
The role requires systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, and experience in modelling and simulation; security clearance is preferred. Hybrid UK-based role at OMNIA Training across the Army ecosystem.
