Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles from brief through offer and close
Partner with hiring managers to define and execute hiring plans
Proactively source high-demand technology talent using creative, non-traditional approaches
Build and maintain pipelines for niche skillsets including AR/VR, computer vision, BIM, and engineering
Deliver a standout candidate experience from first touch to offer
Use data to improve hiring performance and optimise processes
Provide market insight on salaries, talent trends, and hiring strategy
Recruit across Software Engineering, Computer Vision, BIM/VDC, and Product teams
Requirements
In-depth, hands-on experience recruiting within the technology sector; essential, not preferred
In-house recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical hiring
Experience in engineering or deep tech environments
Proven success filling complex or hard-to-fill roles
Experience sourcing globally and thinking beyond LinkedIn when needed
Strong stakeholder skills; ability to challenge, influence, and partner effectively
Familiarity with Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub
