Peak-Period Transport Lead (4on/4off, 6am–6pm)

Pertemps Royal Mail is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to take ownership of transport and despatch operations during the Peak period at a busy Parcel Sort Centre in Warwickshire. You will lead the shift, manage Transport Planners, Site Managers and operational teams, ensuring the plan is delivered safely, efficiently and on time.

You’ll make decisions under pressure, handle competing priorities, and respond quickly to operational issues while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
