Now, we’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our fantastic GLASGOW sales team.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your day working through a completely cold database.

You’ll work with our existing client base , understanding their businesses and identifying where additional Citation services could genuinely add value.

What you'll be doing

• Build strong relationships with existing clients
• Understand customer needs and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Introduce clients to relevant Citation Group services
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through to close
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
• Manage your own pipeline and CRM
• Work with internal teams to maximise client opportunities
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

Who we're looking for

You might already have experience in sales, account management, business development, telesales or another commercial customer-facing role.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys building relationships and having commercial conversations
• Is confident handling objections
• Is motivated by targets and earning potential
• Is naturally curious and good at uncovering customer needs
• Can manage a pipeline and stay organised
• Brings energy, ambition and a positive attitude
• Wants to develop and progress their sales career

What you'll get

£28,000 rising to £30,000 after probation

4 days in our GLASGOW CITY CENTRE OFFICE
