Version 1 is seeking a Senior Interaction Designer to shape how users engage with digital services. You will define flows, behaviours, and interface patterns across multidisciplinary teams, bridging design and engineering to ensure feasible, accessible solutions.
You will develop high-fidelity prototypes, extend design systems, and collaborate with researchers to iterate based on evidence. Strong emphasis on WCAG 2.2 compliance, performance, and cross-journey consistency.
