Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Employment Tribunal litigation and case management
ACAS early conciliation and settlement negotiations
Day-to-day HR and employee relations issues
Disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
Settlement agreements and TUPE/collective consultation projects
Providing strategic employment law advice to a varied business client base
