Project Manager – D&B Office Fit-Out

Project Manager - D&B Office Fit-Out

Bristol/Bath area

£60,000-£75,000

I'm working with a growing commercial office Design & Build business based just south of Bristol, looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager.

This is a key role taking ownership of projects from the early stages through to construction and handover, working closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors and the wider supply chain. They're predominantly delivering commercial office fit-outs up to £1.5m across the South West, Wales and the M4 corridor, with the capability to work UK-wide and even into Belgium. It's a smaller, more personable company where everyone gets on, and they're genuinely flexible with how you work.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing commercial office fit-out projects up to £1.5m from pre-construction through to handover
• Taking ownership of programme, budget, quality and overall project delivery
• Acting as the main point of contact for the client throughout
• Coordinating design, pre-construction and delivery teams
• Managing subcontractors, consultants and the wider supply chain
• Managing project financials, cost reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

• Experience within commercial office fit-out / Design & Build
• Comfortable managing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Commercially aware and confident in front of clients

If you want to join a tight-knit, growing business that treats its people like adults, this one's worth a chat.
