Strategic Finance Partner to MD – Growth & Bids

Derby on site role with Eaton Syalon Ltd as Finance Business Partner. You will work closely with the Managing Director to shape financial strategy, own budgeting and forecasting, and drive cashflow and governance in a fast-growing engineering environment.

Attending management meetings, challenging commercial bids, supporting major contracts and delivering actionable financial insights across the business are core. A hands-on, commercially minded, qualified accountant is sought.
