OMB Tax Manager – Bristol
£50,000 to £65,000 + Excellent Benefits
Clark Wood are recruiting for an OMB Tax Manager to join an independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers in Bristol .
The role would suit a CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified tax professional with strong experience advising owner-managed businesses .
The Role
Manage a portfolio of OMB clients
Review Corporation and Personal Tax returns
Provide tax planning and advisory support
Advise on profit extraction and remuneration
Support business restructures and incorporations
Advise on CGT and Business Asset Disposal Relief
Work closely with Accounts, Audit and Partners
Identify further advisory opportunities
Review junior team members' work
About You
CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified
Previous UK accountancy practice experience
Strong OMB tax background
Experience across Corporate and Personal Tax
Strong technical and client management skills
Commercial approach to advising business owners
