• Supporting and leading a major warehouse relocation project, including layout design, stock migration and operational readiness
• Maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy through effective stock control and cycle counting procedures
• Managing warehouse-linked production and customisation workflows, ensuring customer deadlines are consistently achieved
• Building, developing and motivating a high-performing warehouse team
• Driving a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement
• Championing health, safety, quality and compliance across the operation
• Producing operational reports and using data to identify improvements and drive performance
• Controlling labour, overtime and operational costs while maintaining service excellence

About You

We are keen to speak with experienced Warehouse Managers, Distribution Managers, Operations Managers or Logistics Managers who can demonstrate:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, stock control, inventory management and operational best practice
• Experience implementing change and improving operational performance
• A hands-on leadership style with a visible presence on the warehouse floor
• Excellent planning, organisational and people management skills
• Confidence using ERP, WMS or business systems to drive performance
• The ability to balance customer service, cost control, quality and safety priorities
• A proactive approach to problem solving with a strong "get things done" mentality

Highly Desirable

• Experience managing a warehouse move, site relocation or operational transformation project
• Experience within manufacturing, fulfilment, workwear, PPE, customised products or value-added services
• IOSH Managing Safely or similar Health & Safety qualification
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• FLT licence and materials handling knowledge

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation with ambitious plans and genuine investment in its operations. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, the support to drive change, and the chance to leave a lasting impact on the business through the creation of a best-in-class warehouse operation.

If you are an energetic, decisive and commercially aware Warehouse Manager looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
