Facilities Admin Specialist — Support Military Housing & Ops

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an Administrator to join a small team supporting UK military sites. You will manage records, and assist with safety, quality and sustainability processes, acting as the main point of contact for information requests and day-to-day team support.

Working within a hybrid structure, you will liaise with contractors, DIO and the chain of command, identifying cost-saving improvements while maintaining a calm and efficient office environment.
