We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and rapidly growing Gloucestershire business that is looking to expand its sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and wants genuine career progression alongside uncapped earning potential.

Full training is provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for experienced sales professionals or individuals looking to launch a successful career in sales.

The Role

You will be responsible for building relationships with businesses across the UK, identifying opportunities and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.

• Speaking with prospective and existing customers
• Building strong commercial relationships
• Understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
• Managing sales conversations from enquiry through to completion
• Achieving individual and team targets
• Maintaining accurate records using internal systems
• Working closely with a supportive and high performing team

Previous sales, customer service, retail or hospitality experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Attitude, personality and drive are far more important.
