We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a roofing project in Houston.
The successful candidate will have strong site management experience, ideally within roofing/construction, and must have proven experience working on listed or heritage buildings.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction/roofing sector
Demonstrable experience working on listed or heritage buildings - evidence will be required
SMSTS qualification - essential
First Aid qualification - essential
CSCS card - essential
Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements
Ability to manage subcontractors, trades and site activities effectively
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and site compliance

Liaising with contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders
Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
