An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Audit Senior to join an established and growing accountancy practice in Perth.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take more ownership of their work, manage audit assignments and begin developing their own client portfolio.
The Role
Plan and complete audit assignments from start to finish
Carry out audit fieldwork, including substantive and analytical procedures
Prepare statutory financial statements from client data
Identify and highlight key risks or areas of concern
Take increasing ownership of a varied client portfolio
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Coach and support junior members of the audit team
Work closely with Managers and Partners to ensure assignments are completed efficiently
About You
ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or equivalent
Previous audit experience within an accountancy practice
Experience working with clients across a variety of sectors
Good working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
Confident planning and completing audit assignments
Previous experience coaching or mentoring junior staff
