This is a key role that will support the organisation both commercially and strategically, providing financial insight and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business performance and growth.

As the successful Group Accountant y ou will receive:

• Salary: £50,000 - £52,000.

The Role

The Group Accountant will be responsible for:

• Maintenance, review and audit of financial records and accounting systems.
• Financial forecasting and strategic planning.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts.
• Oversight and completion of multiple sets of accounts.
• Inter‑company, balance sheet, bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Management accounts and variance analysis.
• Preparation of statutory company accounts.

The Person

The successful Group Accountant will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified through ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience.
• Commercial experience preparing accounts.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Effective communication and analytical.
