Remuneration:£450–£500 per day with a target of 30 UDAs

Part Time Locum Dentist required – 3 days per week for a busy mixed practice in Shipley, West Yorkshire

• £450–£500 per day with a target of 30 UDAs
• No daily UDA target
• 50% split on Private & Labs
• Monday, Thursday and Friday available
• Long-term Locum position available until April 2027

• Endodontics and Sedation services available
• Modern surgeries with Digital Scanning technology
• Dedicated Treatment Co-ordinator to support private patient conversion
• Experienced team of clinicians, Dental Nurses and practice staff
• Internal referral opportunities for advanced treatments
• Well-managed diaries to support excellent patient care
• Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
