EDiscovery Consultant

James Carrera ofDigital Data Foundation is sourcing an eDiscovery Specialist to supports thedelivery of eDiscovery Services to a number of high-profile clients and provideproject support to the inhouse legal team.

• Deliverclear communication to external clients and legal teams
• Providesolutions advice at each stage of EDRM
• Recommendworkflows through client scoping exercises
• Managelarge scale eDiscovery projects and set up of complex review workflows
• Providetechnical support and training to clients

Experience

Educated todegree level in Technology, Computer Forensics or similar with circa 3 yearsprogressive experience within a similar role;

• Strongunderstanding / experience in litigation support and eDiscovery
• Databasedesign, management and data processing
• eDiscoveryplatforms for review & production, ideally Axcelerate
• Analyticaland in-depth knowledge of EDRM and eDiscovery workflows, processes and bestpractice
• Genuineinterest in innovation and new litigation technologies
