Pulse Nursing is seeking skilled and experienced Accident & Emergency nurses to join our team at Salford Royal NHS FT,

As an A&E nurse, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional, patient-centred care. PAYE rates are £17.00 per hour for days, £23.00 for nights and Saturdays, and £26.00 for Sundays and bank holidays, or Umbrella rates are £26.00 per hour for days, £25.50 for nights and Saturdays, and £30.00 for Sundays and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care within a busy Accident & Emergency department
• Assess, monitor, and manage patients presenting with acute and emergency conditions
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and safe patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Adhere to NMC guidelines, trust policies, and clinical governance standards
• Respond calmly and effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations
• Weekly Pay: Receive your salary weekly for added financial flexibility

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration
• Minimum of 6 months’ recent A&E experience within the last 12 months
• Ability to provide two professional references covering the previous 3 years
• Compliance with framework requirements, including DBS and Occupational Health clearance
• Proof of right to work in the UK
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
