Get Staffed is recruiting an Employee Relations Manager to lead employee relations across a multi-campus university environment, based in Brighton. You will handle complex cases, apply employment law and policy, and provide trusted guidance to senior leaders and People teams.
You will develop and implement ER policies, supervise casework, and use data insight to drive improvements, while collaborating with unions and external advisers on organisational change.
