Senior Quantity Surveyor – South West London – Up to £85,000 (DOE)

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to work for a developer in South West London.

This developer is aiming to have a profit turnover is to be over £1.5b by 2020, their projects value up to £30m, this developer has an impressive track record with a low staff turnover, this developer specialises in new build houses and apartments.

Ideal Candidate

7 – 10 Years’ experience.
BSc in Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction degree.
Experience in Microsoft office Excel, Access and wanting to extend knowledge on software packages.
Valid driving licence.
CSCS card.

Responsibilities

Making sure that the SHEQ standards by the clients policies are understood and followed at all times.
Understand their ways of working making sure that the processes are used in your daily duties.
Acting in a professional manner in everything you do as you will be representing the company and keeping their high reputation.
