About the Role
Anphora is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT and M&A-related projects. This role is critical to ensuring stability, clarity, and pace during complex client engagements, including post-acquisition IT stabilisation, platform migrations, and compliance programmes. You will bring structure to ambiguity and help clients move from uncertainty to control.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver IT projects from initiation through to closure
Manage post-acquisition IT stabilisation programmes (Day-1 to 90-day horizon)
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and third-party suppliers
Own RAID logs, plans, budgets, timelines, and reporting
Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and clients
Support governance, SteerCo reporting, and decision-making
Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and outcomes
Experience & Skills
Proven experience managing IT or technology projects
Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills
Experience in M&A, carve-outs, or complex organisational change (desirable)
Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Familiarity with both waterfall and agile delivery approaches
