£400 per day (Outside IR35 Contract) – 6 months initially

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with solid NEC contract experience? This is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering major infrastructure projects, managing ~£1m/month in contract value, and ensuring commercial risk is tightly controlled from start to finish.
Your job will be to:
Lead cost planning, forecasting, and commercial reporting across Civils & M&E packages
Manage subcontractor contracts, variations, and monthly valuations
Liaise with delivery teams to ensure procurement, budgets, and risks are effectively controlled
