Marks and Spencer in Douglas, Isle of Man is hiring a Shift Lead to lead the fill operation, ensure a ready-to-trade salesfloor, and coordinate resources to serve, sell and fill.
You will act as floor lead in the absence of the Colleague Manager, supervise colleagues, maintain a safe, clean store, and support nearby stores when needed.
This frontline role requires flexibility across early hours and unsocial shifts with a £3 p/h premium for late-night hours.
