Senior Quantity Surveyor – A46 Walsgrave Highways Upgrade
£65,000–£90,000
Octavius Infrastructure is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial performance of a high‑value earthworks package (£17–18m) as part of the £130m A46 Walsgrave Junction upgrade near Coventry. You will own cost reporting, change control and sub‑contractor management, reporting to the Managing QS.
The role sits within a collaborative delivery team, with close engagement to operations and engineering, and a strong emphasis on hands‑on delivery across an office/site environment
