Senior Recruitment Consultant

Senior Recruitment Consultant - Construction (Temp or Perm)

Location: Marylebone, London

Salary: Competitive Basic + Exceptional Commission Structure

Are you an experienced Construction Recruiter looking for more autonomy, better earning potential and the opportunity to build something meaningful?

We're a specialist construction recruitment agency based in Marylebone. We've built our business around a simple belief that good recruiters don't need micromanagement, unrealistic KPIs, or constant oversight. They need trust, support and a commission structure that properly rewards performance.

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who can confidently manage and grow their own desk, whether your background is in temporary, freelance, contract, or permanent recruitment.

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience within the construction sector.
• Experience running a temp, freelance, contract, or permanent desk.
• A self-sufficient recruiter who enjoys managing their own workload.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Someone who values autonomy and takes ownership of their results.

What We Offer

• Competitive basic salary based on experience.
• One of the strongest commission structures in the market.
• Hybrid working with flexibility around office and home working.
• A mature, trusting environment with no micromanagement.
• Fast decision-making and direct access to leadership.
• The opportunity to help shape and grow the business.
• Career progression based on performance and contribution, not office politics.

Why Join Us?

Many experienced recruiters leave because they've reached a ceiling. Whether it's capped earnings, excessive KPIs, slow decision-making, or a lack of recognition, the environment often becomes a barrier to success.

We're building a different kind of recruitment business, one where experienced recruiters are trusted to do what they do best.

If you're confident in your abilities and are looking for a platform that genuinely supports your growth and rewards your success, we'd love to speak with you.

All conversations will be handled in the strictest confidence
