Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Qualified Solicitor or CILEx (England & Wales).
• Experience: 3+ years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
• Preferred: Prior experience in pharma, biotech, or medical devices sectors.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing commercial contracts and legal documentation.
• Serving as the primary legal contact for digital, data, and privacy-related projects.
• Monitoring and interpreting UK and EU regulatory changes.
• Providing legal support for litigation, disputes, and company-wide initiatives.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
